Studied Civil Engineering at St. Augustine University of Tanzania Elias has gone through many challenges since childhood. He at one time faced rejection from his family members because of his decision to become a born again Christian. These Challenges caused him to trust in God fully and God has been faithful to him. To Elias, serving as a staff worker is a thanks offering to God for all He has done.

Studied Human Resource and Management at Moshi Cooperative University Gift is very very passionate about discipleship, she says, "many students give their lives to Christ but there are very few disciplers on campus which makes it hard for them to grow spiritually."

Studied Bachelor of Arts and Mass Communications and Journalism at St.Augustine University of Tanzania Monica's life is a testimony of what Monica's life is a testimony of what TAFES is doing in the campuses. She gave her life to Christ in 2017 in one of the BEST-P training sessions after being persuaded by a TAFES student to attend. Right now, she has a burning passion to see students coming to Christ, she says, "i heard a voice telling me that one student has to be saved and i am the one who has been chosen for that soul."

Studied Bachelor of Science in Information System and Management at Ardhi University Meja has been working in the cooperate world after completion of his studies in 2014, he always had a desire to serve God and has been involved in teaching, preaching and writing devotionals which he shared in several online platforms. In October last year he had a dream that he was serving through TAFES, a dream he ignored. But his wife kept encouraging him to act upon it. He later realized that God was calling him, a call he has now decided to obey hopefully be a solution their issues."
